From the beginning we have been clearly quality-oriented in all the processes of our production chain, from the selection of the raw material and technology to after-sales service. 

The main objective set by the Management is to increase the profitability of the company, setting a series of goals based on achieving the following:

- Meeting the customer requirements at both product and service level
- Improvement in productivity.
- Reduction of costs  

For this purpose a Quality Management System has been implemented based on the following principles:

- Compliance with the requirements set by the customers.
- Compliance with the legal requirements.
- Continuous improvement of the products and services provided.

This new way of business management has been established in all the Matriplast departments, instilling the “Prevention” principle as opposed to that of Inspection, in order to thus achieve continuous improvement in all our activities.

The management is aware of the fact that the most important asset of the Company is the human factor. The management realises that the union of the efforts of all the staff making up MATRIPLAST, S.L. is what contributed to the continued growth of our Company.

The implemented Quality Management System is periodically assessed in order to check the suitability and efficiency of the same with regards to the daily tasks in the Company.

This procedure is materialized in the obtaining of the Quality Management System Certificate UNE-EN ISO 9001 and the IQNet Certificate, both issued by AENOR.
